eSIM TravelZeed cancellation and refund policy

Please note

Important: check that your phone model supports eSIM before ordering.
If you cannot activate your eSIM, contact our team immediately so we can investigate and fix it quickly.
Refunds are assessed based on the eSIM status and the conditions of each plan. Plans marked "Non-refundable" cannot be refunded in any case, except for errors by our system or company.

Refundable cases

If your eSIM is not working, please contact our support team immediately. Describe the issue and provide your order number (starting with **EZ**).
The eSIM has not been scanned or activated and it is within 60 days of the order date (except plans marked "Non-refundable").
Accidental duplicate order (the same plan ordered more than once).
Change of travel plans / wrong plan selected (request the refund before scanning or activating; actual fees are deducted).
eSIM-incompatible device or network-locked device (SIM-locked). Please report this before activation.
An error by our system or company, such as a wrong delivery, a duplicate charge or plan details that do not match the description.

Non-refundable cases

Plans marked "Non-refundable" cannot be refunded in any case, even if the eSIM has not been scanned or activated (except for errors by our system or company).
The eSIM has been activated and mobile data works normally.
The full data allowance has been used, or speed is reduced under the FUP.
Package expired (not activated within 60 days of the order date)
The eSIM was deleted, the phone was changed, the eSIM was moved to another device or installed incorrectly.
Used outside the service area, or the device was set up incorrectly (e.g. Data Roaming not turned on).
Refusing to cooperate with, or not following, our troubleshooting steps within 2 hours.
